Our Fees
We know that parts of you might feel excited about sessions… and other parts might want to bail at the last minute. That’s okay; just try to bring them all along anyway. You’re responsible for showing up at your scheduled time, even if your inner procrastinator has other plans.
We’ll send SMS or email reminders to help, but these are a friendly nudge, not a guarantee (technology has parts too, and sometimes they glitch).
Sessions run for about 50 minutes. If you are late, we’ll still make good use of the time, but unfortunately, we can’t extend the session; time boundaries keep things safe and fair for everyone.
Payment is due at the time of your session unless we’ve agreed on something different in writing.
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers and BPAY.

Positive Behaviour Support – as per NDIS pricing agreement
Medicare & Rebates
Therapy is a brave step, and it helps when your system doesn’t have to carry the financial load alone.
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for an $87.25 rebate per session (up to 10 sessions per year).
If you're navigating an eating disorder, you might qualify for an eating disorder plan, which provides access to up to 40 psychological therapy sessions and 20 dietician sessions per year.
Standard session fees apply, with a rebate of $87.25 per session for services provided under Medicare.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens.
Sometimes your manager part has it all planned out and then your chaos part throws in a curveball. Illness, emergencies, or surprise life events can impact your ability to attend. If something comes up, just let us know as soon as you can.
That said, we do hold your appointment time, and a late cancellation can make it tricky to offer that space to someone else.
Cancelled within 48 hours but before 5pm the day prior to your appointment, a cancellation fee of $100 will apply.
DNA/No show = Full cost of session payable by you directly, as Medicare do not cover cancellation fees.
